openspace enhancements

A good product just became a GREAT one, due to several changes made to the openspace offering by Linden. Our Openspace Land now features the following new changes:

DOUBLE PRIMS: each openspace sim now comes with 3750 prims. And if you own a half, now you have 1875 prims at your disposal.
