Parcel Management

• The About Land Window: Owning land lets you control what happens on that land. You can prevent others from visiting or building there, change the shape of the land, subdivide and sell it, and much more. The About Land window lets you access most of your land’s functions, and gives you more information about the land you own.

Group Land

• Manage objects on group owned land: Group-owned land provides a great degree of flexibility for multiple users to collaborate on their builds. However, when not configured properly, it can also provide more difficulties. This documents explains how to correctly manage objects on group-owned land.

Landscaping & Terraforming

• Creating Terrain Textures: this document will help full sim owners understand how terrain texturing works in SL. Terrain textures are what give the land its particular look (e.g, sand, grass, rock, snow, etc).

• Running a Classified Ad for your parcel inside SL also helps. Though there is no category for selling land in classifieds, in practice, ‘Land Rental’ is used for both rental and for sale land.
